Holiday blessing

May we live our lives awake, aware and welcoming each perception as a guide back to our authentic ground of being.

May we pray in the present tense

May we bravely hold the polarities of our lives, the unknowns of our lives, trusting that a new, previously unimaginable way will emerge.

May we be kind to ourselves - opening always to our sweet, tender hearts.

May we be curious and attentive.

May we return again and again, to that awareness where there is nowhere to go, nothing to do and no one to be - out of which all arises.

May we smile again and again.
